DMEA 2024 in Berlin

DMEA 2024 in Berlin

That was it - the DMEA 2024

With 800 exhibitors and over 18,000 visitors, Europe's leading digital health event broke records again this year. And we were there. Behind us lie 3 intensive and inspiring days full of exciting conversations, lectures and new impulses. And these events show us one thing again and again: we love personal exchange!

Ready, set, go!

The doors to the exhibition halls had not been open for long and the first interested parties were already coming to visit us. The location of our new stand in the center of Hall 2.2 facilitated this. We received a lot of positive feedback for our red “tower”. We're really happy about that! The first day flew by between all the conversations and appointments. To round things off, we were part of the “Digitization in Care” tour. Carsten Marx showed the audience how we use our apps imitoWound and imitoCam to combat confusing and time-consuming wound documentation. With our mobile solutions, wounds are analyzed automatically, saving time. And the scientifically validated wound measurement ensures more objectivity in wound care.

Interoperable wound management is more important than ever

The second day of the trade fair began as the first ended: with a lot of people at our stand. Every conversation brings new ideas and that is always exciting for us. And like every year, Wednesday is the most intense of all three days of the trade fair. Two topics particularly moved our visitors: digital documentation to speed up processes and save time. And then do the whole thing with solutions that integrate seamlessly and independently. This is where we come in with our mobile apps and were able to show new digital ways in wound documentation with AI in our demos.

What our team says

imito Team at DMEA 2024

“Some of our loyal visitors noticed: We were unfaithful to the Mobile Health focus area for the first time since 2016 - this year we presented ourselves with our own stand for the first time. DMEA24 once again flew by: three days of presentations, discussions, hugs and toasts - repeat. These days were rounded off with team dinners and on Wednesday with the annual aperitif in the Swiss Embassy for an exchange with the Swiss digital health community.”

Chrysanth Sulzberger, CEO

imito Team at DMEA 2024

“The 3 days were intense but worth it! There were many opportunities to come into direct contact with existing and future customers. Plus, it's always fun to see everyone in the industry again. It's like a big class reunion sometimes. :)”

Florian Dietrich, Technical Project Manager

"Wow! Mobile solutions have finally arrived in everyday clinical practice across the board. You could see this in the many very specific inquiries at our stand and also at the DMEA in general. In recent years, we have often carried out mobile pioneering work in the over 60 hospitals and rehabilitation clinics that we already count as customers. And the many discussions showed that we are on the right track with our solutions to make mobile wound and photo documentation even more widespread.”

Carsten Marx, Business Development

imito Team at DMEA 2024

“For me this was the second DMEA. The days are always demanding, but still give me a lot of joy. Our imito tower attracted attention on its own and I had great conversations. As a 100% remote company, it is always a highlight for me and my team to finally see each other live again at the events.”

Christoph Harz, Technical Project Manager

For us, things continue straight after the DMEA 2024: from May 1st - 3rd we will stop at the EWMA Conference in London. And to round off the spring event in style, you will find us again at the DEWU German Wound Congress in Bremen from May 15th - 17th. Come visit us at stand A30 in Hall 5 and experience the future of AI-supported wound care live.
